Ben Maddox Way is one of the principal north-south arterial roads in Visalia, California, United States. ==Overview== Running from St. Johns Parkway, just south of the St. John's River in North Visalia to Caldwell Avenue in South Visalia, Ben Maddox Way is developed throughout most of its span, connecting neighborhoods in Southeast Visalia, the city of Dinuba, and the communities of Cutler, Orosi, to East Downtown in Downtown Visalia. The street is four lanes in width in its entire length. The portions between Buena Vista Avenue and Houston Avenue, Goshen Avenue and Huntington Court, Walnut Avenue and Caldwell Avenue have a raised center median with Valley Oak trees planted in some parts of the median. North of the St. John's River, the street is only two lanes, and runs north from St. Johns Parkway until it ends at California State Route 201. The Ben Maddox overcrossing project, which began in January 2010, is the largest project funded by stimulus funds in Tulare County. It will take the overcrossing from four to eight lanes. It is one of the county's highest-volume intersections. The project is estimated to be completed in 2011.〔(Business Street - Groundbreaking for Ben Maddox Overcrossing )〕〔(Tulare County Measure R )〕〔(Valley Voice Newspaper: Road Projects Abound in Visalia )〕 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Ben Maddox Way」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
